Marshall Texas, Tracy Andrus Foundation just opened a warming center that will be available for the next two days for anyone needing shelter. With the assistance of multiple community, the TAF has worked to create a Warming Center which will be open for the next few days! Thank you to our community partners East Texas Professional Credit Union, Edwards Chapel Church, and Gateway Adult Activity Center for their generous support of this endeavor. Our center is located at 310 N. Fulton St. We have refreshments and necessities for those needing to come in out of the cold. Call at 903-472-2762

To ensure that individuals who are experiencing difficulties regarding shelter are afforded a place of warmth if only for a short time, the warming shelter will open during periods of severe weather.
To ensure that individuals who are experiencing difficulties are afforded the essential services and resources, the Tracy Andrus Foundation is committed to providing essential hygiene items and the following services.
LAUNDRY
Individuals who are in need may stop by the Foundation to use our laundry facilities. This service is offered according to the calendar. However, if your schedule does not permit, please email us to schedule an appointment.
SHOWERS
Individuals who are in need may stop by the Foundation to use our facilities. This service is offered according to the calendar.
In efforts to provide a hand up, the TAF provides GED prep for individuals and has partnered with Gateway Technical School to provide testing services. Additionally, the TAF will continue to serve as a liaison with multiple community partners to ensure successful application completion and enrollment.
Housing Counseling
Housing counseling, also known as advising, is best suited for borrowers facing complex challenges – those who need one-on-one assistance to develop a deep understanding of their housing needs, household budget, and how to resolve potential issues.
